Our Mission

The Wealth of Iraqi Minds as a Bridge

To rely on the wealth of Iraqi minds as the bridge that unites government institutions and policymakers, private sector companies and investors, universities and research centers, and Iraqi competencies at home and abroad — to build a national innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem that contributes to economic diversification and sustainable job creation.

A Unifying Bridge

The Council acts as a unifying bridge connecting government, private sector, universities and research centers, and Iraqi diaspora and experts under a single vision for a cohesive national innovation ecosystem.
